Current Legal Issues in Special Education Assignment: 100 points

Students will be provided with information on court cases relating to special education in the United States. Students will be asked to find three cases of interest and write a brief synopsis of the decision in the case or appeal. Each student will include Endrew F. vs. Douglas County and one case should be from North Carolina or students’ home state. The remaining case can be from states/topics of your choosing. Students will be asked to reflect on the importance of adhering to legal policies and procedures after reading about litigation. Use the provided template to complete the requirements.
