determine the existing and needed skills of your workforce;
identify the organization’s goals and objectives; and
compare and analyze the data to determine training, gaps, and begin to prepare an action plan.
When assessing workforce competencies, make sure to
demonstrate cultural competence;
evaluate strategies to foster diversity and inclusion within the organization’s culture; and
assess the staffing needs, implications, and skills in order to achieve sustained results.
