1. What are the brand touchpoints and how have they contributed to the success of the brand? How would you judge the internal branding efforts?
2. Where are the greatest opportunities to further enhance or change (revitalize, reposition) the
brand? Going forward, how would you build/manage brand equity internally and externally?
