It is a work on data science and concerns the study of the parameters that have the greatest effect on the development of fruit and vegetables.
What I would like is for the technical implementation to be done by you, that is to find the dataset that will contain all the parameters, to remove from it everything that will not be needed and to visualize the results.
For greater convenience, it would be good if someone with a background in data science took over.
