Develop a scenario where you are a project manager and have the option of accepting three different projects. Then, do the following:
Utilize an unweighted factor scoring model to analyze which project you should accept. Develop between 5 and 7 items to be evaluated for each of the projects.

Discuss each project, and provide a basic background for each.
Present a chart detailing the relevant factors to be analyzed using the unweighted factor scoring model.
Discuss which project was chosen using the unweighted factor model and the qualitative and quantitative data provided, and discuss your rationale for the selection.
Repeat the analysis using the weighted factor scoring model, and discuss which project was chosen using the weighted factor model and the data provided.

What are the six main steps in the procurement management process?

Within the Discussion Board area, write 400-600 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.
There are 2 basic types of contracts: the fixed-price contract and the cost-plus contract. Each has several common variations. It is not unusual for any specific contract to have special terms and agreements, so the basic contract is just the starting point. The project manager is most interested in the terms that define and help to control costs, schedule, and quality.
Examples of the contract types include the following:
Firm fixed price
Fixed price with targets
Fixed price at cost
Time and materials
Cost sharing
Cost plus
In 400-600 words, address the following for each of the 3 bulleted items listed in the assignment descriiption:
Pick one of the contract types above and briefly describe a project work example where it might be best used for. Who do you think bears most risk, the buyer or the seller and why?
What are the six main steps in the procurement management process? What is an example of an output from each step?
What are the four key points principled negotiating is based on? How would you use principled negotiating in real life?
